As there were some emergency maintenance needed on our villa the day before we were due to arrive we were advised that we had been moved to BVilla pool. Because of the last minute notice we were given a complementary massage at BVilla Spa which was lovely. The staff were very obliging and always happy to help. Very spacious villa.
The wifi did not work in the back 2 villas but were offered to move to another villas if we wished.

We booked our accommodation at Bvilla Seaside but on arriving were informed that our 3 bedroom villa was unavailable. Consequently we were moved to Bvilla Pool - two two bedroom villas. This was very disappointing as we were on a family holiday and wanted to be close to the beach. No attempt was made to relocate us as promised to Bvilla Seaside

As a wife and mother I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to do anything but relax. Having a cooked breakfast every morning was great and how close it was to restaurants. The rooms were really well serviced and anytime we needed anything the staff were also helpful and friendly. We will definitely be looking at coming back again next year.
The only problem we had was on our stay a group of young people decided to have a party and kept us up until 4.30 am. The staff explained that it was a wedding party and decided to party on. We didn't have a problem but maybe if they had of been told to stop at a decent hour.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was amazing and breakfast was delicious. A really enjoyable stay. The spa was lovely and the location was perfect, a short walk to eat street and the beach.
There were problems with the booking that caused a lot of hassle. we got moved to different accommodation and only moved to our proper location after complaints. A couple of times we didn't have breakfast on time but it was only towards the end of our stay.

Thw friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to please.
The shower was sometimes problematic I.e lack of pressure and often lack of hot water.

The layout and privacy of the Villa's is excellent. To have someone to actually come to your Villa and cook breakfast without you having to lift a finger was pure luxury. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Our stay in the Villa was so comfortable, relaxing and private. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
We found the lighting just a little to dull.

The hotel is very close to beach (3 mins walk) and Seminyak Square (3 mins walk) which is a small shopping mall. So the location is good enough. The staff are nice and helpful and quite efficient. Free airport ride for 1 time (i didn't know about this until i asked the reception to call a taxi for us.)
We booked one bedroom villa for 3 nights through Booked.net. However, when we arrived, the staff told us they did not get my reservation request from Booked.net. Luckily they had 1 spare room (1 bedroom) for us for 2 nights, and we needed to move to another room (2 bedroom) for the 3rd night. Satisfied with this arrangement, though i think missing my booking request should not happen nowadays since online booking is so popular.

The layout of the villa as it had both and outdoor living area with pool as well as the bedrooms which were closed off for privacy
The hotel is great the location however is a bit noisy but that's to be expected in Bali

These villas are luxurious, they have good facilities and we had our own private pool. The location of the hotel is close to several well known restaurants and shops and health spas are close by. Cabs are very cheap if you want to travel further. Breakfast was cooked in our villa by hotel chefs which was great and staff were very friendly.
There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it very hot. I left the door open so that the aircon carried through and that made it much more comfortable.

We loved being so next to the beach & Seminyak Square (all the restaurants & cafes, etc) Having a private pool was great & also the breakfasts cooked in the villa. We felt great that we weren't afraid to disturb other guests in the restaurant with our little kids. Staff was helpful also.
Breakfasts were so poor. We ate same things over and over for 10 days. Also I found it very disturbing that housekeeping enters the villas without waiting any permission! They rang the bell int the morning & just opens the door with their keys. If I wanted to be ready for any time, I wouldn't chooe a private villa.

Location - near restaurants, shopping area. Driver was available to drop us nearby at our request. Bathroom was huge, big shower head and 2 basins. Own pool just outside our rooms was great especially for kids. Staff were helpful re our queries and requests.
Not enough forks, only 2 available so a bit tedious to eat breakfast for four pax. Kitchen utensils are very worn out, should be replaced as quite a turn-off. Pool could have been a bit cleaner.

The service at Bvilla Seaside was fantastic - from reception making all our bookings and fulfilling our requests and the lovely housekeeping staff cooking delicious breakfasts and thoroughly and cheerily cleaning our villa right through to security who would appear with cloths to wipe the dust off our scooter in the morning, and the smiling spa staff. The room was absolutely stunning. There are small maintenance issues like a broken cupboard in the kitchen and cracked planter box, if those things bother you, but they didn't have any impact on our fantastic stay. The location is superb, less than 200m to the beach and popular restaurant la lucciola and a few minutes walk to seminyak square.

The location was excellent just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very efficient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Probably the only negative was the seating in the outside area lounge. It wasn't that practical but we dragged a couple of chairs from upstairs area and made do but it really was a minor thing as we were out so much

Great location, close to beach restaurants and shops.
Needed a bit more furniture, had to move the outdoor furniture in so we could all sit together.
